DİSİPLİNLERARASI SAĞLIK EKONOMİSİ ANABİLİM DALI

TEZLİ YÜKSEK LİSANS PROGRAMI

1.Genel Bilgi

ESOGÜ Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü çatısı altında Disiplinlerarası olarak açılan Sağlık Ekonomisi Tezli Yüksek Lisans Programı, ülkelerin kalkınma süreçlerinde önemli boyutlardan biri olan sağlık alanındaki gelişme potansiyelinin disiplinler arası açıdan incelendiği ve politika üretmeye yönelik olarak geliştirilmiş bir programdır. Program halk sağlığı, sağlık politikaları, farmakoloji, ekonomi, sayısal ve ekonomik karar verme teknikleri, klinik ve sonuç araştırmalarıyla ilgili bilgi ve tecrübeye sahip ESOGÜ Tıp Fakültesi Halk Sağlığı Anabilim Dalı, Tıbbi Farmakoloji Anabilim Dalı, ESOGÜ İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi ile ESOGÜ Hukuk Fakültesi öğretim üyeleri tarafından yürütülecektir. ESOGÜ Sağlık Bilimleri Enstitüsü tarafından 2021-2022 eğitim öğretim yılında ilk kez açılması planlanan Disiplinlerarası Sağlık Ekonomisi Tezli Yüksek Lisans Programı; ülkemizde giderek daha yoğun şekilde eksikliği hissedilen donanımlı, sağlık ekonomisi ve politikaları alanlarına ve ihtiyaçlarına cevap vermeye yönelik olarak, sağlık ve ekonomi disiplinlerini bilimsel, bütünsel ve sistematik bir bakış açısıyla yorumlayabilen mezunlar yetiştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır.

2.Kazanılan Derece

 Programı başarıyla tamamlayan öğrencilere Disiplinlerarası Sağlık Ekonomisi alanında Tezli Yüksek Lisans diploması verilir.

4.Kabul ve Kayıt Koşulları

Tezli Yüksek Lisans programına başvurabilmek için; adayların yurt içi veya Yüksek Öğretim Kurumu tarafından denklik belgesi kabul edilmiş yurt dışında bulunan Tıp Fak., Diş Hekimliği Fak., Eczacılık Fak. ile İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fak. Lisans Mezunu olmaları gerekmektedir. Adayın Akademik Personel ve Lisansüstü Eğitimi Giriş Sınavı (ALES)  puanı en az 55 Eşit Ağırlık, Genel Not Ortalaması en az 2,00/4,00, Yabancı Dil puanı YDS, e-YDS,YÖKDİL veya eşdeğer kabul edilen sınavlardan  en az 50 olması gerekmektedir.

5.Önceki Öğrenmenin Tanınması

Tezli Yüksek Lisans programına doğrudan kaydolan ya da yatay geçişle gelen öğrenciler bazı derslerden belirli yönetmelikler çerçevesinde muaf olabilirler. İlgili yüksekokul/fakülte/enstitü yönetim kurulu tarafından ders içeriğinin onaylanması ve süresi içinde başvurulması durumunda öğrenciler, derslerden muaf tutulacaktır.

 

 

6.Yeterlilik Koşulları ve Kuralları

Tezli Yüksek Lisans derecesi alabilmek için, bir Tezli Yüksek Lisans öğrencisi öğrenimi boyunca 21 krediden az olmamak üzere ders aşaması için en az yedi ders, Seminer (60 AKTS), toplamda ders aşaması dahil Uzmanlık Alan Dersi ve Yüksek Lisans Tez Çalışması’nı (120 AKTS) başarı ile tamamlamak zorundadır.

7.Program Profili (Amacı)

Disiplinlerarası Sağlık Ekonomisi Tezli Yüksek Lisans Programı; ülkemizde giderek daha yoğun şekilde eksikliği hissedilen donanımlı, sağlık ekonomisi ve politikaları alanlarına ve ihtiyaçlarına cevap vermeye yönelik olarak, sağlık ve ekonomi disiplinlerini bilimsel, bütünsel ve sistematik bir bakış açısıyla yorumlayabilen mezunlar yetiştirmeyi amaçlamaktadır.

8.Program Yeterlilikleri (Öğrenim Çıktıları)

- Ülkemizde giderek daha yoğun şekilde eksikliği hissedilen sağlık ekonomisi ve sağlık politikaları alanında donanımlı insan kaynağı yetiştirmek,

- Sağlık ekonomisi ve politikaları alanlarına ve ihtiyaçlarına cevap vermeyi sağlamak,

- Sağlık ve ekonomi disiplinlerini bilimsel, bütünsel ve sistematik bir bakış açısıyla yorumlayabilen mezunlar yetiştirmek,

- Sağlık hizmeti sunan kurum ve kuruluşların hizmet politikalarını sağlık ekonomisi odaklı olarak planlayabilmelerine katkı sağlamak,

- Sağlık ekonomisi ve politikalarında etkili olabilecek diğer sektörlerle ilişkileri kavrayabilmek,

-Farmakoekonomi konusunda bilgi sahibi olmak,

- Sağlık hizmetlerinde karşılaşılan sorunlarda sağlık ekonomisi ilkelerini de baz alarak politika önerebilecek profesyoneller yetiştirmek amaçlanmaktadır.

10.Üst Derece Programlarına Geçiş

Disiplinlerarası Sağlık Ekonomisi Tezli Yüksek Lisans Programı’ndan mezun olanlar, ilgili Doktora programına başvuru yapabilirler.

11.Sınavlar, Ölçme ve Değerlendirme

Her ders için uygulanan ölçme ve değerlendirme şekli “Ders Bilgi Formu” nda ayrıntılı bir şekilde tanımlanmıştır.

15. Bölüm/Program Olanakları

Anabilim Dalı bünyesinde; Tezli Yüksek Lisans programında kullanılmak üzere İktisadi ve İdari Bilimler Fakültesi bünyesinde kurulmuş ve içinde 30 adet bilgisayar bulunan 1 adet bilgisayar laboratuarı bulunmaktadır. Bu laboratuvarda bulunan bilgisayarlar gerek internet üzerinden yapılacak araştırmalar gerekse üniversitemiz kütüphanesinde var olan veri tabanları sayesinde öğrencilerimizin ihtiyacını karşılayacak düzeydedir ve elektronik ortamda var olan veri tabanlarını da kapsamaktadır. Üniversitemiz Şehit Ömer Halisdemir Kütüphanesinde bireysel çalışma odaları ve bu odalarda kullanıma açık bir bilgisayar mevcuttur. Bu odalar hafta içi 08.30-23.00 saatleri arasında ve hafta sonu 09.00-23.00 saatleri arasında kullanıma açıktır.

THESIS MASTER'S PROGRAM

1. General Information 

The Health Economics Thesis Master's Program, which was opened as an interdisciplinary under the roof of ESOGU Health Sciences Institute, is a program developed for policy making and examining the development potential of health, which is one of the important dimensions in the development processes of countries, from an interdisciplinary perspective. ESOGU Faculty of Medicine Department of Public Health, Department of Medical Pharmacology, ESOGU Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences and ESOGU Faculty of Law, which has knowledge and experience in the program public health, health policies, pharmacology, economics, numerical and economic decision-making techniques, clinical and outcome research. will be conducted by faculty members. The Interdisciplinary Health Economics Master's Program, which is planned to be opened for the first time in the 2021-2022 academic year by the ESOGU Institute of Health Sciences; It aims to educate graduates who are well-equipped, who are increasingly lacking in our country, and who can interpret health and economics disciplines from a scientific, holistic and systematic perspective in order to respond to the fields and needs of health economics and policies.

Students who successfully complete the program are awarded a Master's Degree with Thesis in the field of Interdisciplinary Health Economics.

4. Acceptance Requirements

In order to apply for the Master's program with thesis; Candidates in the country or abroad whose equivalence certificate has been accepted by the Higher Education Institution, Faculty of Medicine, Faculty of Dentistry, Faculty of Pharmacy. and Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences. Undergraduate Graduates must be graduates and have a postgraduate diploma. The candidate's Academic Personnel and Graduate Education Entrance Exam (ALES) score should be at least 55 Equal Weight, GPA should be at least 2.00/4.00, Foreign Language score should be at least 50 from YDS, e-YDS, YÖKDİL or equivalent exams required.

5. Acceptance of Former Educations

Students who are directly enrolled in the Master's program with thesis or who come with lateral transfer may be exempt from certain courses within the framework of certain regulations. In case the course content is approved by the relevant college/faculty/institute administrative board and applied within the prescribed time, students will be exempted from the courses.

15. Department Resources

Within the Department; There is a computer laboratory with 30 computers in it, which was established within the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences to be used in the Master's program with thesis. The computers in this laboratory are at a level to meet the needs of our students thanks to the researches to be done on the internet and the databases available in the library of our university, and they also include the databases that exist in the electronic environment. In the Martyr Ömer Halisdemir Library of our university, there are individual study rooms and a computer available for use in these rooms. These rooms are open between 08:30 and 23:00 on weekdays and between 09:00 and 23:00 on weekends.
